I had my first eye exam in this office today and everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. From the front desk to the Doctor, everyone was nice and friendly, and provided me with the best service. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr .Dunn is so good and he is very theral when doing an exam. He even spoke to me in the phone when I had a problem and got me right in. What doctor does that? Not too many. He is the best!!!

Dr. Smith is very rude and arrogant. Would easily get frustrated with my father who has Parkinsons for not being able to keep his eyes open.

The staff behind desk is the Rudest and unfriendly the one that takes care of billing is the worst . Did cataract surgery on me about four years ago and my eye will never be the same. It's swollen and they won't help me. I've tried all they do is charge me money and give me the just give me drops. I am so disgusted with them.

I was blind in my left eye with 100/20 vision.. Dr Dunn said I would see like superman & now after surgery Dr. Dunn performed on the left eye I now have 20 / 20 Vision.. Amazing!! Thank you Dr. Dunn !!!!!!!

Had cataract surgery on both eyes. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Back to 20-20. Dr. Dunn was great.

I was just yelled at and hung up on by the person who took the phone from the person that answered (I could hear her in the background saying "is that her again" clearly annoyed that I was calling with a question. She Initially told me two different times were entered for my appointment. She immediately raised her voice and talked over me and said " I talked to you yesterday!" She was clearly annoyed that I called back with a question, which was just to confirm my appointment time. I also wanted to ask what was being done at the appointment, which apparently annoyed her even further, but she continued to yell over me--I couldn't get a word in. After doing that, she accused me of yelling at her. It was outrageous. I asked to speak to a supervisor or to Dr. Dunn, but she refused to put me through, talking over me and yelling the entire time, and then hanging up on me! I am canceling my eye surgery because of this. If Dr. Dunn has someone that mean and rude and unprofessional working for him, then I have no confidence that I will be treated well during the surgery.

The secretary has to improve her people communication skills over the phone; otherwise, he's a nice doctor.
