Very good experience throughout the eye exam until it was time to purchase the glasses:
The sales associate had no interest in staying within my budget and continuously pushed add-ons and "perks" to raise the price. Instead of explaining affordable options, I felt pressured to spend more. Pricing and discounts was confusing and the final charge didn't match what was explained but she kept insisting she did. This felt more like a sales pitch than patient care.
