I had a great experience with Dr. Lambertson. He was incredibly thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed at any point. He's very personable, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit comfortable. Highly recommend him if you're looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about his patients.

I would give 100/5 stars if i could. After a whole year of redness, swelling, and inflammation, and dealing with 4 (!) doctors who failed to diagnose my eye condition, finally I met Dr. Crespo. Finally an actual professional. Amazingly detailed and un-rushed examination, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment followed. After a year of increasing discomfort in my eyes, I am feeling good again. If you are reading this and have a chronic eye problem, make an appointment, you will NOT regret it. I'm so thankful I came in, and Dr. Crespo is the only eye doctor I will be going to from now on.

I don't normally leave reviews, but when you encounter a business that actually puts their patients over profits, it really says a lot and deserves to be recognized. I am a self pay patient and have several eye issues. They not only get me in quick if I absolutely need it, but they don't nickel and dime me. In fact, they will take care of me over the phone if I don't have a reason to come in or if I was just in recently. They have a lot of respect for your time and money and that goes a long way. Their front desk person is always friendly, timely, and gets things done and always gets back to me. I can't say this about many places, but this place has it all together and they have truly won me over. I have been to many doctors along the shore, and this is now my home. Highly recommend!

I suffered from dry eyes for over 2 years and came to Dr. Crespo. He diagnosed my issue immediately with thorough testing and put me on a recovery plan. It's been a month and I'm feeling way better and hope to stabilize by following the instructions. Dr. Crespo is an amazing dry eyes specialist and explains (with passion and clarity) the reason for the dry eyes & pain. If you are suffering, do yourself a favor and visit. As always, Dr. Doug is professional and efficient. I feel like I get a thorough and personalized exam, and I'm out of the door in 10-15 minutes. Most offices these days make you wait in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes before even seeing you. What's the point of an appointment if they are going to do that? I was greeted by Sharon at the front desk who is always friendly and professional and taken back with Dr. Doug almost immediately. I highly recommend this office!

I had been to many doctors through the years and they all confirmed I had dry eye but no one gave me any input on how to possible help my situation. The office staff was super nice from the first call. The doctor examined me fully and explained things. He showed me videos and even showed me pictures of my own eyes. He was very very informative and I have tremendous confidence in his treatment. I liked that he did not try to sell me anything yet let me know what my options were. We agreed to try things at home before scheduling a treatment in the office. I recommend this doctor and the office!
