I went here to get my frames tightened and Buffalo horn sunglasses adjusted. Mila was very professional and did everything within minutes. A lot of nice inventory here as well including Cartier.

Just picked up a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from this place and couldn't be happier! The price was amazing--definitely one of the best deals I've seen. Rich, the guy who helped me out, was super knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I stopped in last Saturday to have my prescription lenses put into my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and another pair. I spoke with Rich, who mentioned he needed to see my current glasses because the doctor's prescription was written a bit confusingly. I returned the same day with the glasses, left the prescription with him, and he said he'd follow up with me on Monday to confirm one of the pricing options and proceed with the order. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Nearly a week later, I went back to pick up my prescription so I could take it elsewhere. Rich simply handed it back and said, "Sorry, I forgot," with no attempt to make things right. The message was clear--my business wasn't valued. I made an effort to support a local, family-owned business, but ended up finding another nearby shop with better prices, great quality, and excellent customer service. I recommend shopping around--there are definitely more affordable options out there that also know how to treat their customers well.
