Walmart Vision & Glasses

I highly recommend going here for all your eye care needs. The doctor is really sweet and very friendly and listens to all your concerns or questions. The other staff are also very sweet, very helpful and very helpful thank you for giving excellent customer service!!

I was very disappointed with Walmart vision at this location. Diana that works at the desk in the vision department got very aggressive and personal. When I showed I got offended by what she said she continued to repeat it almost as if she was trying to get me more upset instead of trying to address my concerns. Out of frustration I decide to walk away saying I will be writing a review. She then followed me saying "let's take it outside". I could not believe my ears. How could an employee at Walmart be allowed to behave with such aggressive, unprofessional behavior? The doctor was nice and took her time with me to make sure I was satisfied with my prescription and answered all my questions but Walmart needs to make sure that unprofessional aggressive behavior should not be tolerate . I called and put a complaint. They said they will address it and let me know. I will be updating my review after I see if they take this serious because if it wasn't for Diana's unprofessional behavior I would've been satisfied with my experience.

I went to get a spare set of glasses and was asked if I needed help by Hemal Patel. He was very knowledgeable and checked my insurance information to find out if it would be covered. He took his time and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs vision care.

100% 10 of 10 for this location. Gina helped us order our frames and gave us pointers and information since my husband and I are 1st time progressive users. Even though we didn't do our eye exams there they were very professional and helpful. I really appreciate people that are genuinely good people and Gina was amazing.

Update: Eye doctor did apologize and was very sweet in admitting to a mistake. I do believe that it was an honest mistake, but the fact that I had to reach out 5 times to the manager Jay and he never even called me back, does not allow me to give a better rating to the Vision Center. As medical providers - you have a responsibility to the patient. It's just unfortunate that doctors are affected by this business chain, because the doctor did say doesn't have much say about refunds and policies. Very disappointed! I presented for a contact lense exam and I was given a wrong prescription. The doctor that so Verbally she told me I am 4.25 but wrote 3.25 on a prescription. For the last 5 years I have been 4.0!!!!! So how can I have possibly gone down to 3.25z I bought a YEAR of contact lenses because I knew I'd be moving out of NJ. I moved and finally opened the box and realized it's totally not my prescription. I am feeling dizzy and nauseous. I called back and I was told there is nothing they can do unless I come in, in person for a new exam. Well that's impossible because I live 16 hours away now !!! Why do I have to suffer because of a mistake of a doctor ??? Very disappointed in Jay - the manager that I had to reach out to for months and he never called me back for a refund.

There was a couple very rude ladies, or at least I think that's their gender, and they made me leave there without any contacts or prescription because, according to her, "I took too long" (even though I got the contacts in and out at a relatively fast pace since I'm new to contacts). The manager, however, was a very nice man definitely raised right.

I have been getting my eye exams here for 3 years. The Dr is very helpful and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and concerns. I have no insurance so I pay out of pocket. This place beats all the other competitors prices and offers the same quality testing! I get checked for both glasses, contacts and I pay less here than other Walmarts near me. They also give me free samples to try out before ordering contacts. That's helpful as I get to test different brands and decide which one fit my eyes better. Overall, I have never had an issue with this office and am very happy with their services.

There were rude enough to cause me to walk out after the first five minutes. I won't pay to be mistreated. Came back with an emergency glasses repair need today: I was desperate. The young lady was super polite and helpful and fixed my glasses in 5 minutes - and did not charge me a penny. I'll be back.
