I came in here a week ago with my dad. Rayne is a magician with altering nose pads, my nose has never felt better after a prior alteration left the pads digging into the side of them. It was great speaking with her and I was able to order contacts and lenses while I was there.

I've been coming to this Walmart Eye Center for over 10 years. Always a very positive experience. Thorough exams and glasses are always very reasonably priced. Today I brought my husband for the first time. He was very pleased with his visit. Rayne was our optometrist. She was amazing! So patient and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help us figure out how to best apply our Insurance benefits. I highly recommend going to this Eye Center and working with Rayne if she is available!

Everything was fine with the doctor, but it's taking 14 days to get my glasses! And I don't know when they'll arrive. They're essential for my job, and these people are so unprofessional.

Definitely recommend! William helped me and he was more than patient while I tried on many frames before finding the pair I really liked. He was very thorough in getting my eye measurements too. Also, I like that Walmart does their own "quality inspection" before you come pick up your new glasses. Mine didn't pass and were delayed an extra week due to being sent back. (I was told this such a rare thing to happen, that's just always my luck though haha.) But I totally respect that and would rather have them catch a problem, then to go pick up my glasses and find an issue later after being home. I've had my glasses about a week now and so far everything is great! The quality is great too! This was my first time getting glasses through Walmart vision center and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be going back when I'm due for my next pair!

Called to schedule an eye exam. Just an annual vision test. Was told they charge an ADDITIONAL $40 for imaging (which isn't covered by insurance and is OPTIONAL at most reputable places). Was told it is mandatory even though I stated I had imaging done numerous times this year and it was not needed. This is a $40 money grab. Go somewhere else.

I do NOT recommend this vision center at all. I went there to get my 7 year old his first pair of glasses (which he was upset about to begin with), only to be rushed out of the store by an older man that was working that day. I wasn't even in the store 10 minutes and he came up to us twice to see if we needed help and ask what insurance we had. At 5:16 pm he came up to us and said "ok did you make a decision because we are closing"....I then replied "closing?"...he said "well in 15 minutes"....I feel that was incredibly rude and unprofessional of him. If they were closing early, which the website said 6 p.m., that is why I went there that late, he should've let me know that as soon as he saw me walk in. I left the store fuming because of the way we were treated. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Walmart for my sons glasses, and I feel this employee should be refreshed on his customer service skills.
