The sales team is awesome. The technical team is top notch and the manager of this location underrated she handled the oncoming traffic like a true pro. Amanda is the best! This is the first time I have come where I wasn't rushed to pick glasses. She told my mom and I to take our time and was great help. Fell during last snow storm and broke my glasses. Ordered new frames from another location as current are discontinued . Took longer than expected for them to arrive and there was confusion as to where they were.. After they were located and I went to have them fitted and the lenses put in once again John took amazing care of me .. This is about my fifth encounter with him and he never fails to take his time.. be patient .. and give outstanding customer service!!! So.. even though there was a lot of confusion about my order and where it was, John came thru with amazing service that overshadowed the negative. :).

This place is awesome. They saved my day. I accidentally sat on my son's glasses (oops) and ordered a new pair of frames from the internet. I took the frames to this store and asked them to swap out the lenses. I was prepared to be turned away but the team in the store was super - they were happy to help me. Not everyone would have. Popped the lenses in quickly and I was on my way.
I've bought glasses from them before and will certainly do so again. Love this place! Thank you!!
