rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. After waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally called in and the pre-exam had already started--one eye had already been examined. At that point, another staff member came in and told me I would need to reschedule because the doctor had taken a patient who was scheduled after me. Once an appointment is already in progress, asking a patient to leave and come back another day is unacceptable. This reflects poor management and a complete disregard for patients' time. I would not recommend this practice.

I never take the time to write reviews because I'm old and surly. In this case I felt I'd be remiss if I didn't say something! I met with Dr. Julia Cooper today and she had the patience of a saint. I asked too many questions and received sharp, clear and educated answers. Great experience in times when it's almost non existent. Well done doc and staff!

It was good experience with front desk. But I don't like the doctors giving the writing pads to us after consultation and asking us to give it to front desk for prescription. Don't you have a nurses to bring them back to front desk? That's too bad. Doesn't looks to be a good gesture. Felt a bit rude due this activity. Otherwise the equipments and tests recommended were good.

The vision tests and eye power selection process are all excellent. We have been going to Dr. Jim I Ciccarello since 2003 and the experience is exceptional. Just be aware that the Front Office systems is quite bad, they do not update the records properly with the vision insurance information. Today we found that date of birth was changed to some arbitrary date. When I asked the front desk about outdated insurance data in the system (system had data from 2022, and not the insurance info used recently in 2023 and 2024) as well about the incorrect date of birth which was correct till the last year, I was told by the front desk checkout person that the data is as the patient has input. This smells of "Passing the buck" attitude. Please check your demographics info minutely, or prescription may be printed with incorrect DOB. Last year the bill processor did not submit claim to my insurance but billed me at the cash rate and I started receiving bill collection calls. This was finally resolved by several visits to the office, calls, emails with the office manager. The Doctor's process is excellent, but the office systems really need review.

Really good experience. Check in was very quick. Was seen by the Doctor within 5 mins of appt time. Highly skilled and personable and would definitely recommend

My eye exam was quick, professional, and thorough. Dr. Cooper was very caring and attentive to my concerns. The retail staff was friendly and eager to help, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Me and my family, we have been visiting this place for last three years for annual check up. It has been nice experience so far. Dr. Rajeev is geat! To improve patient service it would be better if they can share the forms ahead of time to fill out and not at the eyecare. Filling the forms over the small screen is an ordeal. Hopefully that will change!

My ex husband received excellent care as a senior citizen with mental challenges. He was treated with respect for his age and limitations. Thank you and bless you.
