Overall I enjoyed excellent service. I had a very short wait until the start of my appointment. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. When I arrived I was the only patient in the waiting area. Dr. Chung was very thorough in the exam. She listened to my history and verified details with her exam. My only quibble is, during the refraction, she didn't go back and forth between options (which is better or which is clearer, 1 or 2, A or B, without being asked, which had been my experience with other optometrists over the 40 years I've been wearing glasses. It's not always readily apparent which is better when you have only a second or two to compare. Outside of this, I have no complaints. I also spoke to John, the optician, who answered questions I had about lens options and why I didn't like my current glasses, which was very helpful. I didn't order glasses yet because I'm still shopping for a frame. I feel comfortable recommending this office to anyone looking for optometric services.

Dr Tullo is very nice , detailed and professional. He explained everything clearly during our first visit, which made us feel comfortable and confident about the care. The two ladies at the front desk are wonderful -- always helpful, supportive, and patient, whether in person or over the phone. Both my child and I truly enjoy visiting this facility. Overall, we've had great experiences and highly recommend it!

Dr. Tullo and his staff are the best. They don't treat you like a number but as someone who has concerns, and this goes for each team member. Nothing but high regards as they are down to earth, have a sense of humor and assist/answer questions as needed, not to mention, they know their "craft."

Amazing staff, excellent and very knowledgeable doctor, very friendly staff from reception and great optical department. Dr. Tullo is an excellent eye doctor.
