Princeton Eyecare Associates/Campus Eye Group

When Princeton Eyecare Associates was separate from Campus Eye Group they were amazing. Dr. Allen and Dr. Jones were both some of the best doctors I have ever had. Once they sold their practice to Campus Eye Group, the people there were very unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't even know half of the things the doctors at Princeton Eyecare Associates knew. Don't mistake this as Princeton Eyecare Associates! They sold the practice to the Campus Eye Group which are a terrible group.

I called to schedule an appointment. The customer service given by the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I don't think I came across as being rude however I was a little confused. When the receptionist asked me which insurance carrier I had.... I gave her the incorrect information. Instead of just understanding she was rude and informed that I gave her the wrong information however her tone was unpleasant. Overall, it was the attitude that I did not appreciate and this did not want make me want to be a new patient here and therefore I won't be. First impressions really do matter whether companies care about it or not. Instead, I will be going to Patel Eye Associates in Kendall Park as the lady who took my information was friendly and patient as people in customer service should be.

Doctor Patel is good but receptionist lady is so rude to me and my kids. she should NOT be the one answer the phones deals with patients, she yells , argues with us whenever I call. because of her I am changing my doctor.

I had the the worst experience with an eye care provider that I have ever had. I took my glasses back to have the prescription corrected was lied to about phone call made to Davis vision insurance. My glasses were held from November to mid January with no resolve. If I could give a -1 or less review I would. They did not even try to rectify the problem.

Been going here for 5 years now. Wait times are long sometimes, but great otherwise. They take good care of my eyes! This is also listed as Charles Allen, OD on Google Maps. It's the same place; he's the main doctor here.

Dr. Allen has been my eye doctor for many years and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, considerate, caring and professional. I highly recommend him and his office.

I went there to get my daughters glasses . It been over 4 months they didn't call me back! Rude staff! No one is helpful. Watch out before u go there. The biggest mistake going there! zero stars FLOP
