Dr. Dunham had the utmost manners and concern while doing my cataract surgery, as well as his staff. He and his nurse gave me confidence that it was done thoroughly. Can't wait till next month when he does my left eye!!!

I had a horrible experience by visiting first time in May 2024. I have not received all those tests through different equipments which we get from other Eye care centers for last 25 yrs in NJ. The doctor changed my Contact lens power from my last year's prescription. I paid upfront for my Contact lens fittings. But after coming home, when I realized that doctor has not given me Sample of New power of contact lens, I called the office ---- they told me," I have to pay $150 to pick up my Sample contact lens."----Plz be Aware of these things I have gone through recently. Even None picks up the phone Ever in the Front Desk. I had a Very Bad Experience That's why I cancelled all the Future appointments of my family members in this Princeton Flemington Eye care center We will Never Ever go to this Eye center

Unfortunately my visit with Dr Dunham did not go well at all. I told him about a pre-existing condition which he discredited. He then proceeded to tell me I needed two different surgery/procedures. He didn't go into detail other than vaguely suggesting I could lose my vision. And then just as quickly left the room. As it turns out, after a serving opinion he was wrong to suggest either procedure. My eyes are healthy. Not sure how that could be missed so blatantly but worse is that he didn't even take time to discuss our ask if I had any questions?

The one star is just for the clinicians. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone here -99% of the time, it goes to voicemail, and they don't respond to messages. I contacted them by email and still received no response. They billed a routine eye exam that should have been 100% covered by my medical insurance as diagnostic, which meant as I had not met my deductible, I would have to pay out of pocket. When asked, the billing department 'said that they found mild dry eye that was so mild as not to require any prescription medication, so I received an unexpected bill.

Dr. Dunham and team took great care of me when I needed my eye examine and a new pair of glasses. Additionally, he has been helping both my father-in-law and uncle with their eye issues and they have been very happy.

Saw Dr. Dunham 3 times for a stye/inflammation of my eye. After 3 rd visit hardly addressed issue. Had his assistant try to fit me for glasses,.told me I had cataracs, gave me papers for contact lenses wont go back ever.. $$$$$$...

Everyone is friendly and courteous. The receptionists are efficient in arranging appointments. The technician are very professional. Dr. Dunham is the best eye doctor I have ever had.

Dr Sini George is as skillful in her ophthalmic knowledge & procedures as she is caring and friendly. Highly recommend.
