This was my first experience buying glasses here. We were greeted by Danielle who was going to be helping me. She was fantastic. If only everyone you meet could be like her. She was very helpful, not pushy and patient. This was the most non- judgmental, accepting person I ever worked with in a retail environment. All I can say is thank you. Customer service is outstanding and the glasses are quality! My father is in a local nursing home. Both Sam (the owner) and Lydia have gone to visit him and provide him with new glasses/adjustments. Both of these individuals did so much more than I expected! And the new glasses were made quickly.

I have been shopping for eyeglasses at this store for over 17 years. One pair, sometimes two every year. I stop by after getting an eye exam at the Princeton Eye group next door. It has always been a pleasure to interact with the staff, with their old fashioned amiability and their expertise with eyewear. I would feel that I would experience a human connection, of the type that is seldom found in business these days. The last two years there appear to be some new employees who are unpleasant to interact with, who are rude and make me feel like they are doing me a favor merely by doing business with me. I walked in the other day and the person who received me made it so clear that he was being inconvenienced by my accent, that I made the decision that the time had come to explore one of the dozen other eyewear stores that are now accessible online and in retail in the area.

Patrick Musto has been my optician for many years. He has helped me in more ways than one can imagine. He is not just a professional and extremely knowledgeable optician.
