Review is for glasses only. Raissa helped me pick out frames, look up my insurance and the transaction was very easy (by far, the hardest part was picking out the frames!). When I came back to pick them up, she recognized me and immediately got my glasses. Very good service.

We had a wonderful experience when my children and I had our eye exams and ordered new eyeglasses and contact lenses. The assistant manager, Sateara, provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help us. Despite a busy lobby, she managed the front area with calm, friendly professionalism, answered all our questions, and ensured my kids felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her attentiveness, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Pretty chaotic experience. Had to wait ~30 min past scheduled apt to get seen. Multiple errors on pre-screening portion. Patient prescreening information was communicated across rooms with loud vocal exchanges. Furthermore, I was mistaken for a different patient. The doctor herself was efficient and professional, the exam portion was just fine. But with my experience during the prescreening portion, and lack of punctuality, I'll most likely seek out another place to get seen.

I have been putting off going in to get new glasses because I hate deciding which ones look good and also scared that I would get someone who wasn't experienced. So Today I went in to get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. I was greated nicely by a young Gentleman. I picked out my glasses and went back to him and found out he was the new General Manager at this loccation, Matthew Morin. He was super nice and very knowledgeable and experienced and helped me change my glasses to a nicer color after I talked about what I would like. Mr. Morin turned my traumatic experience to me in gettting new glasses into a really nice experience. Thanks you, JL

They call me about my schedule a week before and ask for my insurance and i ask them
am i good to get a new glasses and she said yes on the phone.
Now i stop what i was doing and when to my schedule just to tell me in person i was not eligible to get a new glasses i have to wait one more year
