Came here before they started renovating and had to wait 30 mins to be seen by a doctor despite having a scheduled appointment. Altho the staff are very nice and made sure to take their time with me. Dr Choe is also very informative and calm. Plenty of free parking outside the building.

I'm here with my 35 yr old son for his appointment and while waiting I have been listening to the receptionist both Patrice and rhianna conversations and mannerism on the phones are quite comforting, informative and patient. I spoke to Patrice when I called to tell her 22 was backed up and she was so cordial thanking me for calling and let me know they will wait for me don't worry. They present who you need to encounter when calling an office or business of any kind . When I arrived I asked who did I speak to on the phone because she was so kind and patient it was Patrice. Our experience with eye doctor went well and seeking new glasses was successful. Thank you Pearl Vision

Went to get 3 pairs of eyeglasses repaired, 2 missing nose pads and 1 had a temple beak off due to missing screw. It was our first visit to Pearl and were greeted with friendly smiles, attended to immediately. The gentleman who repaired our eyeglasses was quick and thorough, and didn't even charge us. Amazing goodwill - love how we were treated. This is customer service at its finest. We will be back soon to get new pairs of eyeglasses and shades!
