very efficient while staying focused and detailed with patient concerns. The check in was seamless with the assistant taking all my eye scans quickly after the admin portion. Dr. J. Choe was attentive and careful during my eye exam. She explained my options for new lenses addressing all my questions and comments. The assistant who checked me out was also detailed in helping me understand my annual benefit and cost of ordering different lens supply. Will be back again next year!

I've visited this Pearle Vision location several times over the past few years, and my experiences have generally been positive. This visit, however, was very different.
The team members who welcomed me and handled checkout were excellent -- kind, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was disappointing.
I had a workday appointment and waited more than 30 minutes past my scheduled time. During that wait, the doctor stood near the front desk chatting with staff about travel and other personal topics for roughly 10 minutes. I sat 5 feet from this extended convo for too long so I ultimately had to remind the receptionist that I was still waiting and that I had a meeting scheduled afterward. As a result, I was late for my meeting even though I gave myself more than hour to be at the eye doctor.
I understand that delays can happen, but it's frustrating to feel that your time is not being respected -- especially during the workday. I am a business owner- I would NEVER chit chat in front of clients when they have been waiting 30 minutes!! Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

I've been a patient at Eye Health Group for several years. During my recent visit, I noticed the office is undergoing construction and the space seems to have been significantly reduced. While I understand renovations can be challenging, the smaller space appears to have created a noisy environment, with some staff speaking loudly and lacking awareness of the shared setting. Given that it's still a medical facility, I'd suggest staff be mindful of their volume and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere. On a positive note, Dr. Chen was pleasant, and my appointment was efficient--something I truly appreciated, especially with how loud it was at 10 a.m.
