I thought all Visionworks were the same but fortunately I came across this location and been a loyal customer since. The friendly staff was.polite, very professional, attentive and exceeded my expectations as usual. No wait time for my appointment and they took their time without rushing or delaying. Dr. Patel was so caring and takes interest in educating her patients so sympathetic, as if I was her family member. She was straight to the point and if anything waa needed she made sure she delivered. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays. I honestly cannot say enough about their staff and excellent service. I highly recommend visionworks but this location is who I consistently trust with my vision healthcare. #grateful

I've been a customer with Visionworks for years and the only problem I've ever had was a missed measuring of seamless bifocals. That was corrected immediately without a hassle. The staff has always been great. I just had my annual 1/3/26 and it was great. No wait time, the staff from the entrance desk to the intake staff, the eye tech to the dr and framing/ measurements staff was excellent. Visionworks never misses with me. Keep up the excellent work.

Horrible, horrible service. I had an appointment for my son, walked in 2 minutes early, and the rep went in the back for about three minutes, came back out and told me I was a minute late and the doctor wasn't going to see me. Zero compassion.
I went into the Clark location about a week later and it was a completely different experience. The team in Clark were professional, kind, and I felt they actually cared.

I highly recommend this establishment! The environment is immaculate, and they offer a vast selection of eyeglass frames. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a positive experience.
Dr. Shadpoor is outstanding--she conducts comprehensive eye exams and takes the time to answer all of the questions with professionalism and care.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Angie for her patience and exceptional teaching skills. She made it easy for me to master the insertion and removal of contact lenses.

My experience at this office was disappointing because of the way I was treated during my visit. While I value doctors who are knowledgeable, I also believe that how patients are spoken to and treated matters just as much as the medical care. Unfortunately, the doctor was very rude throughout my appointment. Their tone and manner made me feel rushed, dismissed, and uncomfortable asking questions. I did not feel respected as a patient, which is discouraging when you come in seeking care and guidance.
I am sharing this feedback not to be unkind, but in hopes that it will encourage more professionalism and compassion in future interactions. Patients should feel heard, valued, and cared for -- not spoken down to or brushed off. I truly hope improvements are made so that others can have a more positive experience here."

Fast service, but a huge negative is the doctor. As other reviews have expressed, she is rude. Specifically, she spoke down to me, with no regard for my personal feelings. If you are poor, I suggest letting this one stick to the clients she is more familiar with.
