Dr. Felicia was great. Very thorough and explained everything to me. The front desk was a little lax. Asked me to wait because she was checking other people in although she was showing pictures of her kids to other employees.
Apparently she asked 3 people for their co-pays who had previously paid. Her answer was "my bad". What the heck?
