I never write reviews but this has just gone too far. I stayed with Dr Jack Schwartz for a long time because he really helped my eyes. I even recommended him to many people. But him and his staff are incredibly rude and I cannot take it anymore. I was 20 something weeks pregnant and the one woman working the desk asked how far along I was and I told her and she said "wow you look a lot larger than that" WHO SAYS THAT!? Then now I've been trying to get my prescription for my contacts for months and was rudely told on the phone I have to come into the office to get it, only to be told upon arrival that I could've just had it emailed over. Then they finally give it to me except it has the wrong date on it. The contacts company called to verify it and the Dr rudely told them he is not changing it. They said they never encountered a Dr so rude and I need to find a new one. Needless to say I will be finding a new doctor.

I have been working with Dr. Schwartz for over a year and He is very courteous and professional. He takes his time with each patient and provides a thorough exam. He has a great selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and he takes pride in making his patients look and feel better when they leave the office

I brought only myself and my daughter (5) and it went very well! I went to the pediatric optomolgist specifically because she has a lazy eye and I let him know of my concerns in advance. The doctor did a thorough screening of my daughter's vision and told me where I could go to get therapy for her eyes and sent me home with a great report and the resources I was looking for. I didn't know what to expect our first time in the office, but we had a great experience in Dr.Jack's office.

Dr Schwartz gave my adult son with autism a great eye exam. He was so patient with him, giving him the best vision he's EVER had. The staff was lovely also, very professional and accommodating. I love they require mask wearing while in the office, that made us feel comfortable. Can't say enough nice things..just great!!!

I just started going to Dr. Schwartz, but things have been good so far. I haven't had new prescriptions in almost 10 years, and was so relieved to get an appointment so soon, especially since my backup frames are causing me to break out because of my nickel allergy. Others have said that the counter staff and doctor are rude, but I didn't experience that. Both were nice and professional with me. Sure, he doesn't have the best bedside manner, but he was to the point and he does his job well. Plus, their pricing is good, even for the frames that are only partially covered by insurance. Probably the best pricing I've ever seen at an optometrist's office, and I've been wearing glasses for 20 years. And they have MUCH cuter frames now than when I was growing up (thankfully, lol).

Hadn't had an issue until recently. Been going there for a few years. I got a bad batch of contact lenses that were unwearable and brought them in to get a replacement and the dr was incredibly rude to me and talked down to me as if I was to blame for the issue. He mocked me as I tried to explain the issue and walked away from me as I was speaking. It felt incredibly demeaning to be treated that way. I'm 36 and have been wearing contacts for 20 years and just wanted a simple exchange. I'm not going to go back there and give this man any more of my business.
