I had been seeing Dr Swartz for many years and he is an excellent Dr. When he changed offices the front desk is impossible. I had been trying to call for 3 weeks. Kept on being put on hold for 7-15min at a time then hung up on. I tried reaching to eye glass dept and was hung up from the front desk. They need to learn how to answer phones and customer service. Myself and my family went there now we are all changing.

The office staff at both toms river and freehold are unprofessional and incompetent. They dont answer the phone. If you are lucky enough to get someone..they are abrupt and impolite and put you on hold and then hang up on you.

The people that work in the Toms River office are fantastic, they all work very well together. Carmen is very helpful and always has a smile on her face when we walk in. Dr. Khan and Pamela are very knowledgeable, kind, and take their time with us when we come in for our exam. The optician, Nicole gives us plenty of time and helpful input when selecting our glasses. This office is very clean and decorated nicely, especially during the holidays. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I am currently in the waiting room 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Others in the waiting room said that long delays are common. They actually have a sign that apologizes for extended waits. Unbelivable
