I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters in the Ocean County Mall, Toms River. From the reception team to the doctor and the staff who fitted me for my Meta AI in Oakley glasses, every person I interacted with was patient, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. They made five separate adjustments to my glasses until everything was absolutely perfect, and not once did anyone make me feel like an inconvenience. What impressed me even more was that no one ever pressured me to leave a review -- their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork spoke for themselves. I don't remember everyone's names, but I can confidently say that from the manager and assistant manager to every team member who helped me, they were all exceptional. Each person was knowledgeable in their own way, and they communicated seamlessly as a team. No tension, no attitude -- just a group of people who clearly love what they do and take pride in taking care of their customers. The entire experience made me feel like family, not just a customer. This LensCrafters location truly sets the bar for what customer care should be. No matter how far I am, I'll always come back here!

Went to LensCrafters in the ocean county mall this is my second year here and the office is so friendly and efficient. The appointment and picking my glasses took less than 30 minutes! Michael was great helped me with my frames and explained my insurance coverages. I love this place!

The doctor I saw today was absolutely exceptional--thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative. I left the exam feeling confident and well-educated about my eye health. The eye assistant who completed my testing was also wonderful: patient, skilled, and very professional. While browsing for frames, the customer service was equally impressive. The staff on the floor were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I truly felt taken care of during the entire experience. Unfortunately, my visit took a turn at checkout. The individual assisting me at the register was dismissive, visibly annoyed, and made it seem as though helping me was an inconvenience. Her demeanor completely contradicted the warm, professional service I experienced from the rest of the team. I had fully intended to purchase the glasses I had already selected, but her attitude made me uncomfortable enough to walk out without completing the purchase. It's disappointing that the person positioned as the "face" of the business at checkout left such a negative impression. Everything else about this LensCrafters location was outstanding--the doctor, the testing assistant, and the staff on the floor all exceeded expectations. However, due to the checkout experience, I will not be returning to this location.

She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied with my new glasses. Highly recommend--she is a true asset to LensCrafters!

Dr. Talbot is bright, knowledgeable, and personable. I appreciate his expertise, and the willingness to explain in detail. A master of his craft (practice?), Dr. Talbot deserves all the accolades. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for an expert ophthalmologist. I was truly impressed with the entire staff at LensCrafters in the Ocean County Mall. Office staff, sales, optician, they were all really good at their jobs. Very welcoming environment, which I wasn't expecting from a corporate store in a shopping mall. The staff made all the difference.

Outstanding Service in a Pinch! I can't say enough good things about the team at LensCrafters in Toms River. I stopped in with an emergency repair needed on my glasses, and they jumped into action immediately. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient--and had my glasses fixed in record time. In a world where true customer service can be hard to find, this team delivered old-school care with modern speed. I was back on my way far quicker than expected and truly grateful for their help. Huge thanks to the entire staff for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend!

Lens Crafters in the Ocean County Mall is incredible! They replaced my lenses from my broken glasses for no charge! The woman who greeted me was so nice. They are my new provider

I had a pair of frameless glasses that the bottom monofilament line that holds the lenses in broke on the right lense. Within 15 minutes the glasses were repaired and when I went to pay, they said it was free. I tried tipping the young lady and she said, no sir we don't take tips. Its free on us. Very nice lady that helped me. This was on January 9th around 1 pm. Thank you again. Rod Tozour
