Dr. Megalla was great. It was my first with her. She put me at ease right away. I was having an issue with my eyes, with one eye swollen half shut. She was so gentle and explained everything to me clearly and concisely. I highly recommend her.

I returned to check t he glasses I was prescribed. Amy started the testing.Amy started the exam was very kind and helpful. Had my glasses checked to be sure they were correct. I told her I wanted to see Dr. Megalla...she came in and explain the astigmatism in both eyes ...require strong lenses. However, Tania was nearby and asked the Dr. If she could help, had some ideas that would help me. Tania took the time to help me with lenses that would allow my eyes to gradually get used to the new lenses..by finding the right amount of the previous prescription that I could live with without making me feel dizzy ...Tania, took the time to work with me...was so incredibly kind and understood the that I needed to gradually get used to the new pervious rough, strong prescription. My new prescription is a step forward to eventually getting the full stronger prescription in 6 mos or 1 yr. I thank Amy, Dr. Megalla and especially Tania for her most caring and patient matter towards me during a very upsetting situation. Her was bound and determined to find the right formula that I could live with. God bless Tania, Amy and the staff for their kindness.

I am very happy with service provided by Dr. Megalla. I was seen at scheduled appointment time. I wasn't left waiting as with other Doctors. She is very patient and takes time to answer your concerns.. I feel very confident in the care I am receiving. I fully trust her capabilities.

You sent this to my husband Austin by mistake my name is Linda shiebler and I was a patient for the first time today with Dr magala. My only real comment was the odor in the office which to me indicated a lack of air quality . I have now changed my appointment to the Lakehurst office as I'm familiar with the pyramid building it is much newer and does not ever have an odor. Dr mcgallis seemed very knowledgeable and capable. Not a lot of eye contact or real engagement but I'm used to that with a lot of doctors I don't go see a doctor to make a new friend I go to a doctor to make sure I'm getting good care and I feel confident I will be getting that with her.

When I first walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in quickly. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The waiting room was clean, quiet, and not crowded, which helped me relax. When the nurse called my name, she was very kind and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She even made small talk to distract me while checking my eyes. which put me at ease. Then I met the doctor, who was extremely professional but also easy to talk to. She listened carefully to my concerns and didn't rush me at all. She explained my test results in simple terms so I could understand them. By the time I left, I felt reassured and confident about my health. The staff treated me with respect, and the doctor made sure I understood everything before I left. When I saw Dr. megalla She was very honest about my situation, and I took it the wrong way when she was trying to be very specific about the outcome of the surgery without making any promises which I could totally understand.
