Eye Physicians - Voorhees

Have been going to Dr. Lingapan for years now. Excellent doctor. I have never personally had any issues with any of the staff. Always very polite and willing to help you out when you call. I do agree that sometimes you may have a long wait but they do get emergencies that they have to handle first so this could be a cause for the delay in your appointment.

Had a wonderful experience. Staff were very nice and helpful. Relatively short wait to be seen. Would highly recommend.

Have brought my MIL at least 10 times and have had to wait anywhere from 1/2 hour to almost 2 hours at every visit. They seem more interested in volume of people pushed through rather that quality of care. Staff is mostly robotically friendly, which just proves that you are a number and a copay and not anything more.

Wonderful experience. Saw both Dr. Mussoline loved him and DrAlber. So happy that my previous eye physhions couldn't see me and Dr Mussoline made room for me the nezxt day.. Solved my problem and now my husband is going there too. I also recommended Eye Physcions to my friend and they are also very happy with the doctors.

Dear [Wills Surgery Center Management], I am writing to share my experience from a recent phone call with your office this morning. I reached out to inquire whether the Wills Surgery Center in Voorhees accepts my insurance, and was informed that you do not participate with my insurance provider. Following this, I asked about the self-pay option and was also transparent about the fact that I had been recommended by a hospital to see a specialist optometrist. Unfortunately, the response I received was that the office could not schedule an appointment with me because we do not participate with your insurance. I was surprised by this, as I mentioned I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for the visit. When I inquired further, I was told that proceeding with this arrangement would be considered insurance fraud. I am unsure why it would be considered fraud when I had clearly stated my intention to pay for all services myself due to your office's lack of participation in my insurance network.

I don't understand the bad reviews, had an absolutely incredible experience. Joann and Amanda were great in helping me understand my options from getting new eyeglasses to the reasons why my eyes are not as good as they once were. Can't recommend them enough and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have been a patient here for many years with excellent service from doctors. Today was the first time I had to ask to speak with the manager in charge. Customer service is lacking. One older woman assistant/clerk at the checkout desk was very unprofessional and seemed very angry. She is not suited for a public-facing role with that demeanor.

Dr Zheng was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I will say we were rushed, no time spent helping us understand my sons eye condition. Also, I tried to pay an outstanding balance of $33.91 in person using the statement/pmt portion and they couldn't figure out how to apply the payment without DOB and other info that I couldn't provide because I had to get back to work (took me almost 20 min just to get this far). The payment was charged on my card so I am not sure what their deal was but I am still getting notices! Not to mention, the front desk gal was so unprofessional huffing and puffing, making childish smart comments, it was insane. I was totally calm but didn't have time to stand there all day long for $33.91 and just walked out.
