Been here on 3 different days and this place is always closed. If they are closed down, just put a sign on the door or something, let people know they should go somewhere else! Terrible customer service!

This place is really irresponsible and neglectful. When I called to confirm my appointment I was never warned that my eyes were going to be dilated and that I would need someone to drive me back home. When I arrived there my eyes got dilated and I had to travel back home by myself to vineland Nj 48 minutes away. I was driving blindly I could have had an accident. I barely was able to see during the drive and it was a miracle I got home safe. I will never go back to this awful place!

They made me pay $150 for a contact fitting prior to taking me in the back for the exam. I ran up leaving very unsatisfied because they weren't even able to verify my prescription so I left the office without any contact or glasses prescription. I'm in the middle of trying to get my $150 back due to them unable to verify my prescription

Sorry I had to edit my review. I had my left cataract removed and replaced it with the vividly cataract which cost me out of my pocket$3,500. Two months later had to go back to have laser done on the same eye as I was told I had some scar tissue, well guess what I seen better before the procedure was done. I am so upset because the first review I gave 5 stars because I was able to see so well after surgery. When I went back next day for my postoperative I told them how wonderful I was able to see, well that was because my eye still was dilated once that cleared after two days my vision went back to not seeing good, actually worse now. I want to go back and see what Dr. says but I am not paying another $50.
