I am sorry to say I was not impressed. The office staff seem indifferent and confused. There was obvious tension between him and them, as I waited for a long time for my actual prescription at the end.
Either way, I felt rushed during my exam. I tried to explain my ocular history, but he didn't seem interested. Then I remembered he was not an ophthalmologist.
The desk took my insurance information, but they still billed me close to $200. The one eye exam, that costs extra to avoid the dilating drops, is definitely worth the cost though.
