Dr. Kramer was awesome, as he has always been since the first time I saw him for my condition(which he has cured). He is very dependable, knowledgeable, & a high-skilled Surgeon. This was my first time visiting the Eye Institute. I went in for a routine eye exam for a new prescription for eye glasses. From the moment I arrived, I was promptly greeted and asked to fill some paperwork. ( I must say here that there should be a way to lessen the paperwork, duplication of questions that are not needed). In any event I had tests done that went well. I'm sorry I didn't get to ask the gentleman name who did the tests, he was professional, courteous and patient with me
Dr. Kramer when we met was courteous and professional. He reviewed all the tests and told me my eyes were good and I actually did not need a new prescription. What I had was good. I appreciated the honesty. After I requested a prescription to get a new se of glasses he provided it to me.
I was also very impressed that he is a cataract and glaucoma specialist. Going back on 1 year for follow up.

Dr. Kramer and his staff were all absolutely wonderful to me! I had an eye emergency and had never been to this office. I called 4 different eye doctors in 2 days and couldn't get a real person on the phone nor could I get a call back.
Dr. Kramer's receptionist answered the first call I made and was incredibly kind and understanding. They booked me for an appointment that day.
Dr. Kramer was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and kind. He diagnosed my problem quickly and painlessly. He prescribed the right medicine and my eye started feeling better immediately!
All around fantastic experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this office and this doctor.

Dr. Kramer is very professional and calm. He explained my issue to me and answered all of my questions, he did not rush through my exams and never made me feel that I was being rushed in and out. I find him to be very thorough and that means a lot these days. He also seems to have empathy and that can be rare these days as well.
