My family and I are very happy with the doctors and office staff at Offen Eye Associates. Dr. Alboher and Dr. Kress are a pleasure to work with and are both very knowledgeable. They are patient with us and our children. The office has advanced technology such as taking images of the eye to detect potential issues. I highly recommend them!

I cannot review the doctor herself but the front desk staff is beyond rude. I have a standing appointment for my infant daughter to be seen. I needed to move the time of my appointment. I was told that infants can only be seen at 9am and there are no exceptions what so ever. Mind you I only needed to push it back to 9:45. She said that is impossible so I asked to speak to the manager. She was a little better but not by much. I had to explain to her that I cannot make it at 9 any day as my other child has therapies or school drop off every morning. This must have made her feel bad so I finally got a 9:45. At any type of medical office, the staff need to have compassion for others. You aren't working the front desk at a hair salon. And even then, why be so rude? Unhappy people like to make other people unhappy. Hoping the doc is great but thinking about finding another office where the desk staff is actually human.

This is such an incredible office. Everyone in the office from the team at the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor are a complete joy to interact with. They are all so professional and caring. I went in for an annual vision exam and contact lens fitting. Everyone took their time treating me, gave me space and time to ask questions, and acted as if I was their only patient and their number one priority.
