Dr. Dawn Nocella

Like the name suggests this is our small town optometrist and that's how it feels, meaning familiar, kind, and competent. Dr. Nocella and her staff are friendly, communicate well, and their new office space is coming along beautifully. Thank you again for helping me and my family with our eye care needs.

Dr. Nocello is wonderful, but unfortunately, the office staff leaves a lot to be desired, both ladies that are working in the office are more interested in their own personal conversations then the customer standing in front of them, I had a great visit with the doctor, but did not purchase eyewear from the Office because of the Office personnel make a customer feel like they are an annoyance. The woman who handles the eyewear does nothing to support the customer in their search, the woman who sits at the front desk, slouches back in her chair and Doesn't smile or engage with the customer, there is zero hospitality felling in the building, I hope Dr. Nocello can figure this out and get employees hired that care about her business and the customers that come in. Dr. Nocella gets four stars the rest of the experience is a one star

Pleasant experience. Dr Nocella did a thorough exam , explained everything & took time to answer all my questions. Staff was very helpful in helping me choose my new glasses.

Such a nice experience! You don't see many small offices anymore. Reception was plesant, and the eye Dr. came out and greeted me herself. She was so nice, explained in detail everything she did, and was easy to talk to.

Dr. Nocella and her team at Town Vision are always amazing!! Dr. Nocella is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable, remembering personal details about you that she learns through casual conversation. Her team at the front desk is welcoming, kind and attentive. I'm always able to get the appointment I need and want! 10/10 recommend!

I love visiting Dr Nocella each year. She helps figure out what will work out best for my needs and always goes the extra mile. She is so comfortable to talk with. I now live an hour away, and changed every other doc I have, but I will not change eye doctors!!!!

Dr. Nocella is awesome. She lets you know everything she is doing as she is doing it. I also love the fact that she does not dilate my eyes. She also suggested that I can try getting progressive lenses, considering I had them before, and I did not like them. And the lenses that she had gotten me made it a whole lot easier to use. She explained to me about the technology that they have now compared to when I got them before.
