Town Vision

Second review submission, as my first appears to have been removed. Date of service (March 6, 2025) My rating reflects both my initial and final experience with Town Vision. Unfortunately, I feel the office staff did not provide full transparency regarding pricing or more affordable options for progressive lenses. I was charged at the highest tier, despite the availability of standard alternatives that would have better fit my needs and budget. Approximately one hour after my visit, I called to cancel my "lenses only" order. I was informed that cancellation was no longer possible because the order had already been sent electronically to their partner lab. However, I later learned that the lenses were still physically at the store, which raises concerns about how far along the process truly was. I was charged $600 for lenses--an amount I believe was excessive and avoidable with clearer communication. Based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this business.

The entire staff (receptionist, frame & insurance assistant, to the doctor) are incredible. I took my entire family to include my special needs teen and the staff was great! They were some how are efficient and caring at the sametime. We never felt rushed. The doctor explained everything and was very knowledgeable. The fame & insurance assistant knew exactly what my insurance covered and was very patient with 3 teen boys. The receptionist interacted with my boys kindly, when they asked her opinion. Town Vision has made us lifetime patients. I would recommend to everybody. On side note: I know all the names of the staff as they are so friendly, but when posting in public forums, I now do my best to provide some privacy.

Dr. Nocella is very caring and thorough. Donna listens to your needs. No pressure and I like the small local business. The place is well kept! Just had another appointment for my daughter. They are very professional and honest. Dr. Novella is thorough and Donna is so helpful with the insurance. Great Place!

Dr. Nocella is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is patient with my children and does a thorough, quality exam. The office staff is amazing as well. They are incredibly helpful figuring out what your insurance covers. I definitely recommend this practice for all of your family's eye care needs!

My experience at Town Vision was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel relax , comfortable, and they were professional. This treatment didn't stop with the staff, It also extended to the doctor. They truly care about their patients. I would recommend Town Vison to anyone.

I came here for years then stopped for a couple as I moved away but when I moved back it was like I never left! Dr. Nocella is so sweet and asked me how my whole family was doing. She's also very knowledgeable and had my best interests when picking out which contacts I should go with. Highly recommend!

My visit was awesome. The office is nice the receptionist and front desk was soon nice and friendly! The doctor has the most up to date equipment and was so nice, caring and knowledgeable. I felt like she was family. I would recommend the practice to anyone I know!

This appt was for my little boy. Again, as with my own experience, the staff is wonderful, and Dr. Nocella is as friendly and professional as it gets. She made him feel comfortable, and worked overtime to find out why he was having difficulty. Edit: 7/22. I returned for my own appointment and was greeted with the same friendly and professional staff once again. Dr. Nocella was again friendly, professional, and gave me her honest opinion. There's no reason to shop around for an optometrist if you live anywhere close to this office. --Dr. John
