i came in to schedule an appointment and they ended up getting me in that day, front desk lady was very nice and professional. it was pretty busy but honestly the wait wasn't too bad

The office called me to set up appointment for a referral from my dr for diabetic eye exam. About a month ahead of time everything was good. Appointment day I went got checked in and after waiting about 45 mins I was told they have been having a hard time getting my insurance to pay them. and to have the exam I would need to pay about 200 bucks. Keep in mind its been 45 mins and I was givin looks and eyerolls fom behind the glass for what reason I dont know. I have been waiting plus my appointment was month out and they called me for the appointment. They could not have told me this any time b4 I went in or not even make the appointment. I get it you won't or can't take my insurance that's fine I will pay. But I will not be giving my money to such a rude unprofessional group of people. Now I would say its not the doctors fault but he does employee them so take what you must from that. With such limited amount for options in the area I'm sure they feel they can get away with such horrible behavior. I found a great dr in roswell and they take my insurance. Be better people.

Worst service the lasy in the front is very rude.. Went two days in a row for my daughter then for me both days it was the same.. second day they cancelled my appointment once i was there bc i had my son w autism w me and my other son.. but they where so quick to just cancel

absolutely horrid establishment. DO NOT come here. Dr. Lim was an alright dr this is not about him. Their customer service is complete bs. No one there knows what they're doing or how to do their job. Allow me to explain. They require a dr visit once a year to get new contacts. You cannot just order contacts. Ultimately for my daughter's visit and for my contacts it is relatively pricey. Okay, it is a necessity it's alright. But, we live about an hour away so the drive every year is tedious. So i looked into the manufacturing company who makes the contacts only to find out they can have my daughters contacts less than half the price all i needed was a prescription. So, i called the office to request my SEVENTEEN year old daughter's prescription and they told me she would have to call. My daughter is a minor she does not have to do anything. The lady finally admitted she doesn't know how to do her job or get me the prescription after arguing for about an hour with two different people i finally got it. Once i cleared I could order straight from manufacture I decided to cancel my order at Dr. Lims office. I called and was told i could not cancel. I had to talk to 4 different ladies arguing for way over an hour. I was treated with so much disrespect. They outright refused to cancel my order. I decided to leave them alone and try to dispute charge through my bank. It is under investigation but it has not had anything come out of it. Now, my daughter needs those contacts, they didn't cancel order, and i couldn't cancel though my bank. After about two weeks my daughters glasses were supposed to come in (free with my insurance) and they were no where to be found. I called the office twice only to find out they would not pick up my call. I had to have my daughter call and they answered her. She was also met with immense disrespect. She was told her mom could not afford the contacts which was NOT what happened. My daughter had to argue with the lady just asking if it was canceled or not. They could not answer her. A simple question, is my order canceled. That could not be answered. They told her they did not know of order was canceled but they could not ship her glasses. So this whole two weeks they have been sitting on their butts doing absolutely nothing. They said they'd call her back and never did. It has now been a month and we have received no update on contacts. This place is a bunch of idiots who have no clue what they are doing. their customer service is complete bs. They are very disrespectful. I would be in the middle of talking respectfully n they would cut me off n put me on hold to transfer me to another person who does not know how to do their job. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I give Dr. Lim 5 stars and I will continue to use him as my eye doctor. I will not however, use there optical side for glasses again. They only get one star. I called to check on the status of my glasses and they were not in but they could not even be bothered to check on the status. I called a second time a week later only to be told they had never even been sent out. By the time I get them it will have been a month since my actual appointment. As a first time customer of there shop it will also be my last time using them. I would have been understanding had they checked and communicated with me but they apparently are not as caring to the patients as the doctor is so kudos to the doctor he is great but get the actual glasses elsewhere.

The customer service here is awful. The customer/patient is less important than anything else they have going on at the moment. Dr. Lim is good and I have no problem with him, but the office is very poorly run so I'm rating this 2 . I was left standing at the window for several minutes and was never greeted by an employee. I finally had to open the window and sign in on my own. I wasn't seen by the doctor until almost an hour after my appointment time which was the first contact I had with any employee. I was supposed to receive a phone call with an update on an expensive pre-paid order I placed with them. When I didn't receive a call after two weeks, I called the office. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the line "disconnected". I called back and was again put on hold for several minutes before someone got back on the line and acted annoyed with me. They took my contact info and said I would receive a phone call. At the end of the day, I finally received a text message that my order would be available to pick up on Monday. When I went in to pick up my order, I again was left standing at the front window while the receptionist sat at the desk cutting a piece of paper. She finally acknowledged my existence and acted annoyed that she was interrupted. I'm done being treated like my patronage isn't valued or appreciated. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend that others do the same.

Eye glass section was to ship my glasses to me (I'm traveling out of state) and they did not do so. I had to get the front office to help me along with billing lady. They had everything needed to complete transactions yet refused.

Dr Lim is awesome! Had a GREAT experience with my eye exam and he answered all my concerns with sincerity. I bring my daughter as well and he is unbelievably amazing with my 14 yr old. Truly the best optometrist of Southeast New Mexico! I wouldn't trust any other but Dr Lim! A+++++++
