Char was very helpful, she had me in and out within a hour. I was just ordering new frames, she answered my questions, and I loved how she didn't force anything on me at most vision places I feel like they always try to force a particular frame, etc. on you, she let me just shop and find what worked best for my face. Overall the experience was super great! **editing to add my glasses still have not arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, and each time I've tried to request a update optician "SARA" is a nightmare to deal with they need to work with her on how she treats paying customers, I've asked for simple updates about my order and she was nothing shy of snarky and rude. The first time she was rude I tried to be understanding that maybe she had a rough day but no excuse to downright ugly.**
