If I could give this place negative stars I would! The Dr is very nice as are the front desk ladies. But the girl who helped me "check out" in the glasses ordering was awful. I definitely don't appreciate being scammed, they make you pay full price out of pocket for the office visit even if you have insurance! I have never paid so much for just a office visit! I didn't want to order any contacts or glasses right then just update my prescription $200 later I left. I understand they want you to use your insurance "credit" towards glasses or contacts, but I have NEVER paid that much for just a visit. Skip this place for sure unless you want to over pay and be pressured to buy expensive frames.

When I first started going here they were wonderful but over time, every time I make an appointment which I set up at least a month in advance they end up calling me two days before the appointment to reschedule. This happened multiple times in a row and in one case they rescheduled and already rescheduled appointment. I am done with this place for good as they simply are not reliable and you cannot depend on them. I have had to alter my schedule too many times to be bothered with them. I will find somewhere else out of town that can be depended upon to do the job properly. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt the first couple times but no more. I advise everyone to go elsewhere for proper service.

The receptionist and assistant were very both very friendly. The doctor went in shortly after the assistant finished all the tests. That is the good part of the visit. DO NOT GO TO THEIR OTHER SIDE FOR GLASSES!!! My daughter went in there first, no one greeted, acknowledged, or offered to help with choosing glasses. I got finished, I went back there myself. The ladies were in the back laughing like they were in a bar instead of work. When they finished joking time, they get to their desk. My daughter and I are looking again, no acknowledgement, no greeting, nor any offer to help us. We were the only ones in there. We chose frames and sat down at one of the areas to get them ordered. All 3 girls were gathered around the 1st area talking among themselves! Finally after waiting about 15 minutes, I finally told my daughter we'd get our glasses somewhere else. I asked for my prescription at the front door when the second lady at the front jumped up to make sure we were going to pay for our visit. After waiting another while, we finally got out 2 hours later!!! Terrible customer service!!
