Great customer service and very fast. Replaced damaged parts on my shades and ordered a new pair of lenses. Will be back for sure.

2x couldn't get my eyeglasses fixed in S. FLORIDA from same Business I purchased them from. PAUL R. had them fixed within a week. Next Trip to CBAD,( another issue that N.Broward Florida couldn't help with )...F.E.W., Paul, and his staff fixed it in a timely manner, and he helped to facilitate new Contacts/Sunglasses....both Willingly and Expeditiously.

These folks saved my vacation. My only pair of glasses were forcefully thrown off my face by high winds into the deep part of the water right below Sitting Bull Falls (PSA, always bring a spare on vacation!!) and I'm practically blind, unable to drive or sightsee, without my glasses, and we came all the way from NJ to see the caverns & Guadalupe Mountains. I called that afternoon in a panic, and was told to try coming the next morning to see what they could do. I showed up the next morning and the person working told me the person who makes the lenses doesn't come in until 2pm so we'd probably have to come back in the afternoon. This wasn't ideal, because we had a reservation to see the caverns at 11am that morning, but I was willing to take what I could get. However, after mentioning this, she called the guy back and he said he's on his way and should be able to complete the job in about an hour & a half!! Sure enough, they took down my number and called me back later that morning. I picked up my glasses and headed right for the caverns where we made our appointment, then hit the mountains the next day, without needing to compromise any of our vacation plans. Without these folks, I would've been SOL and the entire vacation would've been a waste, so I'm eternally grateful they were able to help me out so quickly. That is without mentioning that the store is very clean & has great selection of frames. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly & professional. If I lived in the area, I would be a repeating customer & recommending this store to everybody.

Left a pair of my frames to have prescription sunglass lenses made. Called after a week and were told they weren't ready. Waited a few more days and called, and gal said "gee- they should be ready." Said she'd call me back, but didn't. I was leaving NM and called the day I left, asking if they'd found my glasses. Gal was nice, so I asked if she would mail my glasses to where I was going. Never got them, and called to be told "they were returned to us." I was still traveling, and asked if they'd mail them to me once I had settled. They said yes. I've called the store for the past 6 days at different times, an no one answers. No VM, either, which is bizarre.

Went out of town and picked up my grandsons new glasses only to find they had not measured for the fit and weren't going to properly fit the glasses that were obviously way to big. Took them to Fashion Eyeworks and the receptionist asked us to return when Paul was in. We returned the same day and Paul took the time and made a new pair of glasses for my grandson that day !! Paul and his staff have always come through for us and now the first day of school this little boy will be seeing clearly . Thank you

I've been coming to this establishment for several years now and I have to say the selection of eyewear, customer service, and quality of workmanship is excellent. I'm confused by some of the negative reviews because all my experiences have been good ones. Paul has even repaired some of my glasses free of charge. That's just good business. He had two pairs of glasses as promised the next day. Please support this local business as I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

This place is remarkable and is the only place I deal with very fast and helpful from the secretary to the owner Paul they go out of there way to help anyone in this town or from anywhere I truly appreciate all u do and highly recommend them

Great people and fast getting glasses back. Would recommend this glass shop to anyone.
