Eye Associates of New Mexico

Four years ago, I told Dr. Chaing I needed him to look at my eye again because something was wrong. I had had an exam with him two days before. I went back in and he said I was having "occular migraines". He told me to just wait and they would go away. I called him a week later, and he told me again to just wait. Two weeks later I went to Albuquerque. I had a detached retina, which should have been reattached within a few days of the detachment. I wound up with five surgeries, and am now legally blind in that eye. The jerk in Albuquerque said he couldn't do anything else for me, and I should go back to yearly exams with Dr Chaing. Are you kidding?

We've always been treated well by EyeAssociates. (Gallup and Retina Center) Dr. Chiang is the best at cataracts-just wish he was there all the time. Dr. Roybal is the expert at retina issues and comes to Gallup. Havent yet met new Doc, but have confidence...

I called this morning at 11am! on 7/28/2015 very bad customer service skills. The guy that answered the phone started yelling over the phone. i even told him not to yell at me...I only called to ask questions and prices! i would rate this place a half a star!!!! Go somewhere else! where they treat you with respect!!!! saying they dont do glasses contacts! its a eye clinic!! stupid! maybe the owners should look into their employees attitudes toward customers that are keeping their business open!

12 PM appointment, don't get seen till past 3pm!! Every time! No consideration for patients time! Ridiculous!
