Dr. Graves is wonderful. The non-clinical/front desk staff are all HORRIBLE!!!! They offer no assistance in eyeglass selection, working with insurance companies, insult customers, lie about insurance coverages to get more cash. I feel very sad for the elderly doctor there who is probably being severely taken advantage of by the staff. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this place. Poor customer service. The women all working up front need customer service training. I was told glasses would be done in the morning by a lady helping me. While I was speaking with her an Anglo lady interrupted and said we never tell anyone that. She was rude and I'll tempered. I informed the lady was already being helped and she didn't need to speak with me in such a tone. She rolled her eyes and stood there until I paid her no mind. These women, need to learn how to greet you when you come in and learn how their attitude effects the service they give. No one greeted us. It was just bad all the way around... Take your business esla where people!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I was told by the White lady, that I have to pay out of pocket for an eye exam. I have NOT used my vision insurance, and I shouldn't pay anything out of pocket. I did explain to her about my plan, her reply was " If you don't like it, seek another provider!". And, FYI, if you used your vision insurance her, remember you CANNOT, get your prescription until your insurance pays. PLEASE, go elsewhere, for better customer service, better prices and frames.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place before going in, but I'm glad that I went in. Dr. Belvoire and his staff were polite (as polite as they could afford to be, they were busy), prompt, and professional. I had no problems and will be going here again. They even had my prescription on hand so that I can walk out with them. And for the price, you should definitely consider going here, especially if you are self pay. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and choose another eye doctor. He couldn't get my prescription glasses right. I had them do it again the second time because my head hurt so bad wearing it, but the 2nd one still ain't the right strength. I didn't bother going the 3rd time. I get it, they still won't get it right. Such a waste of money

I have done business with Dr Graves since my children were little and always tell my children to take their children to Dr Graves because he is so polite caring and makes an effort to make you feel welcome ,but I do not understand why his employees in front are unprofessional and rude? Very disappointed

The Doctor was wonderful, but the lady at the front was very rude. The price I was told over the phone quickly changed when I got there.
