Excellent service athe front desk very nice ladies!!! And the optometrist was very professional and very nice I'm very impressed and happy thank you for being so nice to me!

Very bad glasses I got from here. I got my glasses and I could not see out of it. It made me dizzy. The lady was saying it's because I got a polycarbonate lens and it can make people dizzy which they did not tell me beforehand. She didn't offer any solution and just started blaming. The lady said "well you should have asked questions before you got it." She is partially right, but I wasn't presented with a different choice of lens at my appt to be honest. They made it seemed like I had only one option. It's like you go to a doctor's office and they prescribed you a medication. They give you one medication they recommend. They don't give you options and you don't ask. You trust them. Anyway, I've never had any problem in the last 20 years of getting new glasses until now. Be warned about this place. Also, while I was there I overheard this guy complaining about the same problem like I did...

This place has horrible customer service. They are rude and disrespectful. If you don't want to work there find another job. You don't need to be rude to people. The doctor seemed nice but they seem mean to him to. I would definitely find someone who wants to work there. Not the rude staff that is there now. Disgusting

I had a great experience, I've always came here for exams and glasses, but because I relocated just haven't been back in like over 8 years, but I can say the customer service on her part "the wife" I'm assuming was very intimidating. She kept coming to my face asking why this, why that, and asking if I was ok?? Like lady my eye is numb and I'm trying to blink here and she was looking at me like, but at the end the other ladies were very helpful and polite, Dr Graves also and always gave great advice on eye care, thank you Dr Graves you are awesome! The customer service needs upgrading and professionalism is vital for such a great eye profession for many years to be given only 2 stars maybe management needs upgrading as well ... I love going to Dr Graves

The staff were not very friendly, attempted to force me to sign a blank service agreement, agreeing to prices, that we're not stated. I informed them that action was just like having me sign a blank check. They would not give me information on how to obtain my security deposit back. Be very careful on their unethical practices.

I went here had to pay $35 up front got my appt...day of appt I waited little over hour before doctor seen me then soon as my exam was done had to pay additional $45 when they also used my insurance to cover exam and frames saying it was the taxes and fees...at the time of scheduling lady said $35 was to hold apt...then they told me will take bout 2 to 3 weeks for my glasses to come in...took bout week...but wen I got them I couldn't see out of them.....that doc said it just needed adjustment took it in bk messed with nose piece thn gve it bk I told him I can't see its blurry said try them for a week thn if still same come back i waited a week but I couldn't wear the glasses they were off and blurry.I went back had to reschedule anther exam week later got that done then reorder my lens again, came bk in and I tried the glasses and its still no good I can not see with them so wasted my time and money no good......dont wear glasses at all

The lady that works at the front desk is very rude, not helpful at all. DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH THIS OFFICE. They hand write prescriptions that are not legible and are incomplete. Save your money and book elsewhere!!!

The tall white lady is horrible. She is the only tall white lady. Come to find out she is the doctor's wife. I tried asking her questions over the phone and she kept over talking me and started raising her voice at me. I told her don't treat me like that I'm her customer but still she continued. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY EYE EXAMS! HER STAFF ARE FRiendly BUT NOT THE ONWERS WIFe THIS UPSETS ME AND I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE wHERE. WHERE ILL BE APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER
