Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had obtaining an eye exam. I wasn't sure how the "virtual" experience would go, but the onsite tech (Adam) was very thorough in explaining the process. The testing went quickly, and I was delighted with how smoothly the whole process was completed. I would definitely recommend this testing center to anyone who needs an eye exam.

Changed my cylinder on contact lens and can not read chart. They ordered other brand trial contracts and waiting forever like the first set. Customer service is horrible. Doctor told me try trial lens for 2 weeks if not satisfied come back for appointment and they will retest. Walmart associate would not make appointment without checking with Doctor and delays me more. Also I asked wal.art associate if she could contact Dr and order different brand because I waiting too long but she would not. Another Customercame out and said to me the will never come here again. I been coming here for several year and never had problems until now. Do not go there.
