Got the new set of lenses and frame from there. I don't feel comfortable with the lenses since day one,I keep trying to put it on hoping my eye can get use to it but it didn't work even after 2 months. they refuse to address the issue by saying that I've exceed the 30day happiness warranty. I'm not looking to return or anything else. Just want to have someone help me with the lenses so I can wear it.

Very deceptive practices. Told us we were getting a better deal through their plan instead of our insurance. Said "were saving 20 bucks" The cost quoted over $1400 for 2 pair of glasses. I thanked the man and told him we will shop around. I went to a competitor who processed through the insurance. I received 2 pair of regular glasses with all the extras and 1 pair of sunglasses with all of the extras for less than $1000. Be aware of deceptive pricing and "I assume" commission salespeople. SHOP AROUND!!!!

This was my first time going to a lens crafters. I saw my insurance provider listed (Davis Vision), and completed the forms ahead of time. No one told me that my insurance wasn't accepted until after the eye exam when I was looking at glasses and the tech said that they don't accept my insurance plan so they could offer a discount. Had I known that my insurance wasn't accepted, I would not have gotten my eye exam done at lens crafters. This lack of transparency is predatory and unacceptable.

Waited for close to 30 mins to be seen for pretesting, besides check in no one spoke to me in that time.
The tech was not pleasant. Didn't warn me that the one machine also did the eye puff test. Everything felt like an upsell.
Initially I said I would have my eyes dilated if needed but after pretest I had to wait another 20/25 mins to be seen by the Dr who was also equally unpleasant/not friendly. She kept flipping through the lense options too fast before my eyes could adjust. When she asked to dialate my eyes I said no and she huffed at me. Again felt like an upsell opportunity.
At this point I just wanted out of there. I will not be returning for any future visits. I have been going to lense crafters for years, and always had pleasant experiences prior to this.
