Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with an eye doctor. The doctor was very thorough, and I never felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and it really felt like they cared about getting things right. There was a slight delay with my glasses, but they explained what was going on, and before I knew it, I had my new glasses. I couldn't be happier. Every person I dealt with was kind and respectful, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Natasha especially was very patient, helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Overall, the office handled everything well and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor. Five stars! Would recommend to friends and family

We first met Dr. Awner at Oishei, and we were very impressed with his ability to work with our then almost non-verbal three year old. We were transferred to the ECVA office right by our house, and our son was fitted with glasses. He has come leaps and bounds since then. I was also able to bring the glasses in same day to make sure the lens was properly back in place after it popped out at home. At our appointment yesterday, our son was able to recognize each object at varying sizes, and Dr. Awner even helped him sound out "scissors". The whole office is wonderful.

this is the worst experience i have ever had with an eye doctor.
Extremely irresponsible. They failed to order new glasses for me when I ordered them twice and then the same girl who
made the mistake tried to dismiss me from the practice. I was able to speak to someone above her and begin the process of straightening things out but this should NEVER HAPPEN.
I think she said her name was Natasha? There is no reason someone like that should be working in the healthcare field. It is dangerous to your patients and their loved ones.
