I had a very disappointing experience here. I was charged through my eye insurance for contact lenses I never received. The doctor never disclosed that I'd be billed for "trial" or "try-on" contacts. When I questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation.
On top of that, I witnessed the doctor yelling at staff, and one of the employees even mentioned that the office was a scam, which was extremely concerning. This place needs to be looked into for unethical practices. I would strongly advise others to review their billing carefully and consider going elsewhere.
