Bought my new eyeglasses here. Was able to finance my new eyeglasses and they fit perfectly well. Had so many good compliments from friends and shoppers at work. Thank you Roosevelt Field team! They helped my dad get new prescribed glasses. Dr. Varghese was very helpful and great with dry eyes treatment. Highly recommend them for friends & family.

I think this place give decent product for decent price if you know what you are looking for. I was bit scared when i saw bad reviews, but i was satisfied with the product they offered me and sense of fashion workers have. I had my prescription from my own eye doctor so the lense came out fine with good price. Im happy with the frame i bought. It was the one generation older model of tom ford. Very cheap price after 50percent discount but looks same as the most recent generation product.

Cathy and the team are super friendly and informative. I needed help with a frame size that was discontinued and they went right to work solving the problem in minutes. 5-star service.

Shameful customer service! "Doctor is in," but you MUST make an appointment and purchase eyeglasses. LOL!!! When did that become a law? This store makes their own rules. Shameful! Insurance companies should find out about what's happening here. Also, their reps don't know much about the glasses, glasses take over 3 weeks to make (that's ridiculous!), you basically have to find your own glasses and style, and they don't take some insurances. For example, they claim they are a GVS Store, (most retirees have a contract with GVS through their Union or retirement program), but this store's paperwork is a scam because when you purchase for example "single vision" basic GVS glasses with only the necessary anti-glare coating and other basic stuff, your total price comes out to be close to $500. When I called GVS, their prices were totally cheaper and half this cost, and with added things like anti-scratch, transition and free eye doctor visit. This store has created their own "GVS price breakdown sheet" to scam customers. That's nuts that they have gotten away with such fraud! Management should print out the online GVS Worksheet and use it in-store asap. Btw, they mostly have designer glasses from a French guy no one ever heard of. In sum, soooo expensive, bad customer service, and very old fashioned looking glasses. No offense to my elderly crowd, you know we love you and are always looking out for what's best for you, but this should be a place for all grandparents ages 70+, but then again I don't even recommend them to this horrible place. Go to Costco for better plastic glasses for about $150 with most extras included or for just a little bit extra; they also have designer glasses there.

Don't come here unless you are willing to spend hours. The wait for an eye exam with an appointment booked is almost an hour. They then take 45 minutes to just do a basic eye test, sending you back out to the waiting room in between exams to wait for the next doctor to see you. Would not recommend unless you have unlimited time to spend here.

Did glasses for myself, my husband and my father and every single one had an issue. They have zero quality control. They kept calling us in to tell us the lenses are ready without checking them, only to realize when we come in that there is a problem with the lenses and we have to wait another week. This happened with all 3 of us at different times. Will not be doing our glasses here again.

Walked in ready to spend money on Meta glasses. I walked out shaking my head. The rep refused to let me try them on and literally told me to Google them. Excuse me? You're in the business of selling glasses, not search results. She acted like I was about to steal them, which is wild considering I had an eye exam there and my info is in your system. The energy was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. So I took my business to Oakley, where they actually let me try on the product and treat customers with respect. I left with a new pair of Oakleys and zero regrets.
