I had LASIK done here last week and it has been life changing. All the staff were super helpful and explained the whole procedure so I knew what to expect. I know everyone's experience is different but mine has been nothing but positive for LASIK Vision Institute Garden City. It's been a week post-op and I can see like I've never seen before. The procedure was painless (a little pressure) but it was expected. I would recommend LVI to anyone looking into getting LASIK.

I had LASIK on both eyes here last June, and I am so happy with the results! Everyone working there was wonderful throughout the process. They made sure I felt informed and well prepared for the procedure. There were multiple payment options, which made it far more possible to find a plan that worked for me. Everything I needed for the first few weeks of recovery was provided. Within 48 hours, my vision had reached 20/20, and it's actually gotten a little bit better than that in the time since! My experience the garden City location of LVI was outstanding. From day 1 with the consultation, the ladies at the front desk, Kayla and Kamal, (so sorry if I misspelled your names) were amazing. Everything was explained in detail, and I had many questions. They were very accommodating with the follow up visit and the time of the surgery.
Surgery day was very easy as well. Didn't have a long Waite at all. I was told to be prepared to stay anywhere between 2 and 3 hours, and I was out of there in literally 45 minutes.
My surgeon, Dr. Alexandrovich was great as well, along with his assistants in the room.
The follow up visit, again was easy going, answered my questions, they made sure I was doing what I was supposed to and NO Waite.
I appreciated that because it made me feel that they respected my time as well.
Again, I had a very pleasant experience at LVI

What was great from the beginning was the staff. The front desk/techs Charlene, Ethan, Kayla, Zakia were awesome, friendly, and just very helpful. The doctors were also great. Dr. Shalom was very nice and the surgeon Dr. Jackson was great too. He told me everything I was going to expect and the final outcome was perfect. I'm so glad I came here!

No regrets!!! I was having second thoughts on having this procedure done with the first consult I had with a different doctor from a different place because they gave me no clarity on the procedure and did not make me feel comfortable. From the time I walked into this place I felt so comfortable with staff. The doctors really took there time and was thorough with their exams to ensure I was a good candidate. After speaking with them I was so confident in them and felt very comfortable in proceeding with the procedure with them. Let's just say, after the procedure I left in tears with how happy I was. Highly recommended!!!!
