My children and I had our annual eye exams yesterday, and I want to commend Dr. Batra and Joe Estrella for what was, by far, our best experience. Dr. Batra examined my younger child and me, and I personally told him he is the most professional eye doctor we have seen. He was extremely caring, thorough, and confident in his assessments. I truly felt that he knew exactly what he was doing and was attentive to every detail. It is hard to fully describe, but I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and bedside manner. Joe Estrella assisted all three of us with our frames. He took the time to ensure we received the best possible pricing, answered all of my questions patiently, and was mindful of my budget constraints. I was unable to afford certain add-ons such as blue light protection, anti-glare, or a backup pair for my younger one, but he never made me feel uncomfortable about that. Instead, he worked with me and made sure we were still well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I sincerely hope both of them receive the recognition they deserve.

From the first phone call to arriving; the entire staff was welcoming, kind, professional and warm! And quick!!! The doctor was concise and direct and kind. And then our member, Maria Buffolino was truly exemplary! Took the time to take us through (both my wife and I) the entire process. All along we knew we were in very competent hands. We will now ONLY use this office and Hope always work with Maria. We plan on telling all we know to do the same!

I went to pick up on a weekday which was not as busy as compared to the weekend schedule. After checking in at the desk, I was told to sit at any desk to wait for the service. A few customers walked in behind us but got served while I remained waiting. One employee finally came to dispense the glasses and quickly walked away. I had to walked away without any adjustments to the glasses. I had a better experience in the Queens branch previously, I would not come back to the Garden city location.

My experience was mixed. The doctor was exceptional as well as the other staff who did the eye test. Where I experienced an issue was checking out. The front desk person charged me $35 but then turned around and said I was not charged and told me to insert my card again. I logged into my account and it reflected the $35 charge. She told me well you have to pay again or you won't get your prescription. I told her I was not paying again, and she would have to bill me if anything and to keep the report. This is not the first time the front desk people were condescending to me in recent weeks. She also should not have held my prescription for an optional test when my insurance covered the eye exam that the prescription came from. I would only recommend the doctor and no additional services.

I really don't like this place. I'm forced to come here because Davis Vision is covered through my employee insurance. I had a 4:30 appointment. Came here straight from work. Arrived at 4:17. Waited 40 minutes and these ppl didn't check me in properly. Then they changed my appointment to 5:45 in the system without asking me. Now I'm sitting here for more than a hour and 20 minutes. All I get is a sorry. Leaving at 6pm for 4:30 appointment is insane.

Daniel was very pleasant and understood my needs and concerns. He found the perfect frame in no time and I am very pleased with the service. Had me in and out in no time.

Tamara the manager, very soft spoken, professional does great person when entering the facility. Aaliyah was great when taking care of my eyes, she explained everything Dr. Chang also great she explained everything she showed me my exam. She even went in as far as explaining the progressive lens and I mean she went in. She was great. I also came in contact with Tameka with a Q. She was also great everyone I came in contact with was amazing professional they all was great. I would definitely recommend VisionWorks. That was my first time there and I had a great experience.
