Came in for a consult because I've been wanting to do this procedure for quite sometime now but was hesitant. Ken was patient and explained everything to me and answered all questions I had even if he had to repeat what he told me in another way. I felt at ease and no pressure. Will not honor prior contracts without actually paper contract ( even though i was in there system, changed prices charged for consultation since I wasn't a new patient. Person I spoke with didn't seam to care if I did business with them or not.
