I could not wait to write this review. My experience with Carol is few and far between. She has a sunny disposition and genuinely cares about the patient and patient experience. I was not even a patient yet and she went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my eligibility, insofar as to work from home! Carol treated me like family, and I had not yet walked in their doors! Carol's zealousness is exceptional and truly appreciated. Dr. Derco himself is pleasant, friendly, and enjoys his work by going into detail as to the reasons for certain circumstances without hesitation; he listens very well. The best recommendation is a referral, and ill be doing just that!

I love this place! This is the best spot to go for all of your eye care needs. The entire staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; everyone is friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in through the door. Dr. Derco is patient, understanding, and informative. Carol is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Everyone is just so NICE and it is a breath of fresh air :) The office itself is spacious, very well maintained, and conveniently offers parking both out front and in the back. They also have a huge selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses to choose from. I truly can't say enough nice things about this office or the care I've received here. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Very professional and private atmosphere... the doctor and his staff make sure to explain all aspects of your visit as well as your overall visual health concerns... Great selection of eyewear... will be sure to recommend the practice to others!

The staff in this office is always very friendly. I've been seeing this eye doctor for many years for my annual visits. He is very knowledgeable and makes the best glasses for me that I keep for years.

I was running errands in the area and decided to stop in and get my eyes checked. I had been putting it off because I've never had any problems with my eyes. Since the process was very foreign to me, everyone there was super nice and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Not only was the staff helpful, friendly, and professional, but Dr. Derco is the most personable optometrist I've ever met. He was professional of course, but he also took the time to answer all my questions comprehensively and educate me on certain aspects of eye and vision health. Wonderful experience.

I recently had an excellent experience at InFocus, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely work with you to meet your needs. Dave, in particular, was amazing. He was very patient, understanding, and willing to help me find the right pair of glasses when I needed them urgently. Although the doctor wasn't available when I first arrived, Dave went above and beyond. He offered me different options and was upfront with me, letting me know if none of them worked, they might not be able to assist further. Thankfully, he was able to take me in as his first patient the next day, and I walked out with glasses exactly when I needed them! The doctor was also fantastic--patient, attentive, and never rushed. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided great guidance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the service.
