As a first time patient I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by the front desk. Everyone was so polite. New patient paperwork was simple because there was none lol. Just 3 signatures. The Med Assistant was so great and knowledgeable. Dr. Van was AMAZING! She prescribed me glasses, which I know I needed. The best part was she removed this I guess calcium deposit from my eyelid. I had it for more than a year, maybe two. It not only was annoying but noticeable and affecting my self esteem. Two days later you would never have known it was there. Thank you so much, Dr. Van!!!!!

Dr.Kathleen is the best eye Dr. I have experienced. She is very thorough. She is courteous, polite, professional, warm, and knows her job. Her facility is one of the most courteous settings. There service is second to none. I like the front desk supervisor, she always on point the way she speaks with the patients. Also a special shout out to Jessica, very courteous and is also thorough.

I recently had both cataract surgery and LASIK surgery done by Dr Van Valkenburg. I am a person with high anxiety and Dr Van Valkenburg explained everything that was going to happen. Her office staff and surgery staff were excellent. Dr Van Valkenburg pre op and follow up visits she would review my results. I had no pain at all during the surgery and after the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone who need either or both of the surgeries.

I really liked Dr. Van and Dr. Doshi. Both explained everything very well in regards to my eyes issues. I also was able to book a last minute appt for a Saturday morning which was heaven sent. Very nice staff at the front desk. I've only been here twice but so far so good.

This practice is very high tech. There are multiple technician who use a number of different optical equipment before actually seeing the doctor. We had a very short wait before we were called by one of those technicians. Dr. Van is very personable and we ((both my husband and I are patients) have always found her to be very thorough. She takes the time to explain things and answer any questions we have.

Love Dr. Van, been going to her for many years. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. However... talking/yelling into the computer to someone in another country to check-out was RIDICULOUS!!! Her voice is breaking up, so you're yelling your personal information for everyone in the waiting room to hear!! Terrible decision. That needs to change..
