Each person at LensCrafters in Roosevelt Fields in Macy's was so helpful and nice. The eye doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The customer service was outstanding. Excellent Experience from Start to Finish!
My experience at LensCrafters was excellent from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. I went in hoping to get my annual eye exam and purchase the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.
The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and patient. I truly trusted his opinion when selecting my glasses. He was extremely informative, explaining everything from how the smart glasses function to the sizing and transition lens options.
The doctor was also amazing--she was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my eyes. I asked many questions, and she answered all of them with care and expertise. She made my first visit to this LensCrafters a great one! I feel like I've seen this doctor before, but I'm not sure where--lol.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I definitely recommend this location!

I was a walk in (my second time here) and I was seen in a timely manner. I seen Dr. G who was kind with a very soothing voice. Dr. G examined my eyes and explained everything in detail. The gentleman and lady at front desk were very approachable and helped me pick frames. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Chang was very thorough. He took time to explain about my vision change in a way that's easy to understand. I asked a lot of questions, but he didn't get annoyed or try to rush me out. He answered my every question with a detailed explanation that a lay person can understand. He is very knowledgeable and caring of his patients' vision/eye health. I recommend Dr. Chang highly to anyone who wants a good eye check up.
