Very impressed with Dr. Shah- a Miracle Worker for ME. Walked into her practice basically blind to actually seeing again. She's so ON POINT, thorough and gives you the time you need. Daniela at the front desk is so professional and happy to please and help. The "Supervisor" (not sure her name) is amazing too. Thank you ALL

Dr Shah is wonderful but waiting over 3 hours is not. Appointments were so backed up people had to wait in their cars because there wasn't enough room in the office. It usually takes about 2 hours (which is bad enough) but today was crazy. If I didn't absolutely need to get my shot ever 8 weeks I would have left. There has to be a better way to manage this practice. I'll see how it goes next time and if it hasn't improved I'm going to try another practice. Too bad because I really like Dr Shah.

Staff is friendly and professional. I observed several older patients being treated with dignity and respect (as were all patients). Dr.Shah puts you at ease and answered all of my questions. It is a busy office but the staff keeps things moving along. I highly recommend this practice.

What a difference! The brand new office is clean and bright and huge. Plenty of room for all of the patients waiting the move was an excellent improvement for Dr. Shaw. My visit was quick easy prompt efficient. All of the staff are wonderful at the new office the wait time was streamlined and the parking was easy I highly recommend this office!!!

Dr Sabah Shah is one of the best Retinologist I have had the pleasure of experiencing her expertise.. I have had five Retinologist prior to her. I am speaking from experience. She is kind, caring and gifted in her field. Dr Shah has done wonders with my eye to the point that I am able to go for four months for my next injection. I trust her knowledge and advice. I feel lucky to have her as my Doctor.

Dr Shah. Is definitely not the only Dr around. I don't know what she thinks in her head but she needs to improve her bedside manner. She is rough around the edges and seems impatient. The appointment s are over booked. I spoke the receptionist about this and she replied " that's how the Dr likes it. Back to back". I asked to be put in the evening at a slower time. Her reply " if the Dr is not booked up in the morning, She will make her call and change the appointment to either. The waiting room is very small to be so over book. The wait is extremely long. When I went to my appointment there was no one at the front desk for some time and the people kept piling in. I was told everyone is on a lunch break so we all have to wait until they return. I have never heard of such a thing. Thank God was not wrong with my eyes. I told them then I'll never return for a check up. The office is ran like a cattle farm. If you're used to good treatment and Doctors with great reputation bother. I got a referral to come however she was not worth it. I understand some people don't care so they'll take less. IF YOU THINK IM WRONG, SEE FOR YOURSELF. NOT WORTH THE TIME. FINE A BETTER DR. HER ATTITUDE IS POOR AND DEFINITELY DONT CARE. ALSO THE STAFF IS YOUNG AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I walked out after waiting 45 Minutes without being seen.

Dr shah is a wonderful Dr but timing of exams is not an office strength. I was called by the office to request if I could move my appt up by 45 minutes. I agreed to accommodate the dr and it is an hour later and still no movement. Very rude and inconsiderate with patients time. Just keep in mind you might be there for hours

Had an appointment with Dr. Shah and when I arrived the doctor had left. The office staff claimed she had an emergency but tried to call me a few days ago to re-schedule....so where is the emergency? Found out they called a wrong number which seems strange to me because the recommending doctor in the same network and practice had my correct number. This is the second time I went through this with trying to get an appointment. I guess I have to move on. Thankfully there are many choices around. (Really ZERO stars) I also will let the recommending doctor know the difficulty I've had with scheduling and appointments.
