I went to this doctor to dissolve eye filler. He was completely dismissive of my concerns, and extremely condescending. He didnt inject the solution where my filler was, and when I called it he gave me a nonsense excuse and told me "its in my head" and to come back again in 2 weeks if things don't change. He was gaslighting me just to get me out of the office. When I did come again he was agitated and unwilling to address his mistake. He even got made that I stood up to look in the mirror, and he actually demanded that I sit back down like I was a child! I would absolutely never recommend him. He was obnoxiously rude and condescending, and doesn't know what he is doing. I saw him many years ago but his attitude towards me was something I'll never forgot.

Do not go to this man if you are in need of help with a chalazion. I spent months making appointments at SightMD in hopes of getting rid of this giant bump on my eyelid. Every time I went in it was always to suggest getting the removal procedure. Dr Baharestani never really went over all my options as I had to bring up my own options i've read up about online. I caved and got the procedure and all he did was slice a chunk off the outer part of my eyelid and leave behind a massive portion of the bump. The only positive of all of this, the scar left from the procedure is barely noticable. I am only making this review because I wish I'd known this sooner and I would've went to a different doctor and had this issue resolved MONTHS ago.

Do not go to this doctor. He almost caused me to lose my hearing by suggesting Tepezza for my TED. Thankfully, I consulted another doctor who advised against it. It feels like he is more interested in selling medication, possibly to meet pharmaceutical company goals than in the patient's well-being.

Was not a fan of Dr Baharestani. He seemed completely indifferent to what i was trying to solve and what my options were. He rattled off the benefits and risks extremely quickly and when I asked if I could write down what he was telling me, he said "its all in here" and tossed a generic pamphlet my way. Super rude to be in such a rush. These subject matters are not easy to understand for people not in the medical field. Dr B did not seem to care at all about helping people with their problem - just scheduling that prodecure so he can get money I guess. Shame.
Checkout was also annoying - I already paid my co-pay and knew I wasn't making a follow up appointment yet they made me have a seat and wait to be called in the waiting room. Just to tell me that i could leave.

Good practice overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, I felt Dr. Baharestani was quite dismissive with my concerns. He was speedy with my appointments, not addressing/answering my questions. He also refused to order an MRV test that was recommended by the radiologist after doing an MRI that he initially sent me to complete.. this was very confusing to me and did not seem like a smart decision. I have since decided not to see him again. It should be noted that I have had much better experiences with other doctors in the same practice. Thank you.
