Spectrum Vision Partners

This is the worst possible Ophthalmologist practice that you can choose for your eye care. OCLI Vision is all about profits over patient care. Their doctors are incompetent, waiting rooms overcrowded and patient care is sub-standard. I went to 7 separate appointments and they treated a symptom and not the actual problem with my eye. I made an appointment at a different eye doctor and they diagnosed my condition correctly and established an effective treatment plan on the first visit. OCLI Vision doctors will not provide the level of professional care that you expect and you will wind up wasting your time and money. I can't imagine what it would be like having them perform laser surgery if they can't even diagnose and treat dry eye correctly. Do yourself a favor and book any other Ophthalmologist than OCLI Vision.

The amount of smoke and mirrors given in the interview is ridiculous. The office manager Kasia doesn't know her job from top to bottom..you're completely ignored when expressing your concerns in office. It's literally the blind leading the blind! None of the higher ups or management know what they're doing at all, they keep lazy disruptive employees and let the good ones go, I don't think any one of them know a thing about ophthalmology and it shows! The office is chaotic all the time, no adequate staffing to complete all tasks during a single shift! The higher ups work you like a dog whilst not even considering raising your pay! They expect you come to work with a smile on your face every day knowing it's all bullshit! The amount of patients that come in that office is INSANE plus they have no call center so the patients go unheard! I wouldn't send my dog to work there or be seen there! EVER!

Abusive 1 to 2 hour wait time! So I was warned of OCLI "protocol" before making an appointment to see my doctor. Patients shouldn't have to wait there's lives away because OCLI doesn't hire enough doctors and/or support staff and/or because they're adding too many new patients. Presumably, those managing geniuses at Spectrum Vision Partners are to blame for this. Too bad for me that my doctor partnered with them.

Received letter about security breach and personal information compromised. I feel as though I now need to get a lawyer involved.

Very large modern building. It was easy to lose ones way. But the person who helped me was very polite and helpful.

Such caring doctors and very attentive staff!
