This rating is for the Garden City Office itself. My original Dr with Stahl recently retired and I was transferred to this office to see a new doctor who specializes in Keratoconus. My visit with the new Dr was great. No complaints about the doctor at all. That appointment was 2 months ago still waiting for a renewal on my eye drops. I even told the office be ready as my insurance is going to be a pain and need a prior auth. They assured me no problem. My last doctor and his office always got it approved for me. A month went by before they even put in the prescription. When you call you can only leave a message they tell you they will call you back within 24 hours. I've left 4-5 messages at this point and have not received one call back or any update. At least the other office would offer samples of my eye drop medication while they were working to get it approved. This office has done nothing for me.

Worst patient experience I've ever had
Stahl in Garden City has been the absolute worst place to be a patient, hands down. Every appointment means waiting hours, even when you show up on time. By the time you finally get called in, the doctors look at you for what feels like five seconds before rushing you right back out the door. It never feels thorough or worth the wait.
On top of that, their scheduling is a mess. They've messed up my appointments multiple times, even calling numbers that aren't mine to "notify" me that my appointment was cancelled. If they can't keep basic contact info straight, it's no wonder the rest of the experience is so chaotic.
Save yourself the frustration, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Some agency needs to look into this practice. They have been totally negligent throughout my experience there. Myself and two pharmacies made 4-5 calls regarding a medication. I've mentioned the increasing pain and eye dryness and there is no response whatsoever. Eyes are burning from the dryness. I had to take of work to schedule to see another eye dr elsewhere.Awful practice, honestly.

My husband had a great experience withDr. Auvni Patel. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and a dedicated Dr. I called on a Saturday and received a call back from her almost immediately. I explained my concerns about my husband and she advised me what to do. Sunday morning she called to follow up and offered to meet us at the office in 30 minutes. Wow! Dr. Patel listens, she's attentive, and a kind person.
We highly recommend Dr. Patel and East Coast Eye. I have been a patient of Dr. Pardon for many years... she too is excellent with the same qualities. The staff is pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Poor service and front desk staffs behavior are very rude. I went to Dr. Marc and he not even give 3 min time to my son and not allow me to ask any questions . This is my first visit and bad experience. Never going there.

5 stars is not giving enough credit. This was the single best decision I've ever made in my entire life. Very easy operation, thanks to God and to these doctors. It's something a lot of people are nervous about, myself included, but they really know how to comfort you and guide you every step of the way, from preparation to operation room to recovery. My vision is now better than 20/20.
Dr. Werner is so confident in his craft, and with every right to be. Everyone there is friendly and professional. The amount of experience this facility claims to have seems evident.
Everyone working here is friendly and professional. Price is inconsequential to such a quick life-enhancing procedure, and I'm forever grateful.
